The wet weather continues, but it was great to see all the students doing their best in the muddy conditions for Cross Country on Monday.

Congratulations to all those students who qualified for the Hauraki Plains Cross Country event. Permission slips to attend have been sent home.

We look forward to seeing you all tonight for the PACT interviews.  I will be unable to meet with any parents tonight, but if anyone wishes to speak with me, please ring the office for an appointment.

CROSS COUNTRY RESULTS

   

Well done to all the students in Room 4 Ika iti   for their enthusiastic participation.

ROOM 2 CAMP FUNDRAISER

Room 2 are fundraising for their camp later in the year. So come on into the office and guess the number of lollies in the jar.

$1.00 per guess and the prize is THE LOLLIES!

Also don’t forget Hot Chocolate Friday lunchtimes. $2.00 – bring your own cup please.

ROOM 4 & 7 ( Ika iti & Patiki) KELLY TARLTON TRIP

Yes the junior school are off to Kelly Tarlton’s on Friday 13th September.  Forms have been sent home, and need to be returned to school by 11 September so we can check on parent help and make up supervision groups.

If you have not had a notice, there are spares hanging on the notice board in the office, come and take one.

If you wish to make automatic payments towards this trip  our bank account number is 02-0316-0127016-00

Please use your child’s surname as a reference.

We would like to thank the PTA who have subsidized the cost of this trip by $10.00 per child.

 

CALF CLUB NEWS

Keep those Calf club entries rolling in.

Don’t forget we will be doing the DIY farm animals competition again this year, so get the family together and come up with a plan.
