KIA ORA/GREETINGS TO ALL PARENTS AND FRIENDS OF THE SCHOOL
I hope that everyone has enjoyed watching the Olympics. Some very inspiring stories from our New Zealand athletes with amazing results! A big thank you to our parents who have responded to our request regarding not parking in the bus bay on Raratuna Street. We have a much happier bus driver and much safer drop off for our students.
It’s great to see the news about our young netball team below. Remember that we love to hear about our students achievements outside of school and celebrate their achievement in our school newsletter. If you have something you would like to share please email the office at email@example.com
It has been great to see so many bookings for our learning conferences returned. Booking forms were sent home last week. Please contact the office tomorrow if you have not received yours to arrange a time. Times will be confirmed on Monday and sent home with students. Unfortunately we cannot ensure that every parent receives the exact time they requested so if your confirmed time does not suit please contact your child’s teacher to arrange an alternative.
Our roofing and painting works are now complete and the school is starting to look awesome! The Boards next project is the school hall which the ministry have finally agreed to totally reclad and reroof. We hope to complete this in the summer holidays.

GARDEN TO TABLE
In the kitchen this week we used some of the beautiful purple broccoli from the garden to make a delicious sauce for pasta followed up by a popular lemon bread. Yummy.
